*** we have been trying to resolve an issue with them for over two years regarding the settlement amount they offered on a claim. Their assessor made a mistake when evaluating the damages to our vehicle and now we have to pay the price!! He should have written the car off and he didn’t, so we ended up having to pay for the gearbox repairs which he didn’t see out of our pocket. We have written countless emails with NO RESPONSE! They were happy to take our higher premiums but when it came to settlement they used their usual method of calculating the payout! They are totally useless!!!
