7 months later and my car is still not repaired

After 7 months my car has still not been repaired! Mutual & Federal are the underwriters/insurer while Quicksure is their administrators and the broker is Esteem Insurance Brokers.<br> They have now sent my car to the 3rd panel beater. I've got a 7 month long paper trail with all the info and proof that Mutual & Federal and Quicksure are not only stuffing around, but that they are dishonest and completely ***********.<br> Yesterday they agreed to give me a courtesy car, this morning my car was fetched by the panel beater and now, at 17:00, Mutual & Federal does not want to give me said courtesy car. I am now stuck without transport.<br> They are ******! 7 months after the accident and my car is still not repaired and now i'm stuck without transport! The guy that drove into me admitted guilt and responcibility and he's got full insurance. Why is my car still not repaired?? Mutual & Federal are quick to ***** my money every month but they don't deliver on the insurance contract!
