*** - Insurance claim

I would like to applaud Portia Msimango as she was so great in processing my claim. Just the fact that she delivered on her promises and called to follow up more than once as to whether I was happy with the servivce provider and the close-out of the claim was just something rare these days. Great service like this needs to be put in the spot light.
