3rd party claim *******

On the 4/02/2015 I had an accident with my car due to unforeseen circumstance I did not have insurance. The robots were off and was supposed to be a used as 4waystop the MnF driver skipped it n smashed into me, he admitted to me and the cops that he did not see it n it was his fault. It's now a 3rd party claim with MnF but they don't want to pay my full amount of R115k n only 65k.At the beginning the consultant told me that the claims are not joint but now when my claim needs to be paid they adding all his expenses. What about my expenses THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. what happened to leaving me in the same position I was before your client decided not to follow the rules of the road. Shaeda Nicholas and her TL then turns around and say im partially to blame after I sent a witness statement and their client admitted to it. The customer service is non existent. Ive been inconvenienced for the last 2months she **** to me as to when the report was received and about sending it to her TL. Based of the amount of complaints to M n F I don't resolution because I see reputation damage clearly means nothing to Mutual and Federal
