3rd party claim

<p>It is a very long story, but I will try.</p> <p>The M&F client crashed into a vehicle behind my vehicle and this vehicle crashed into my vehicle ( whilst my vehicle being stationery at a robot). This happened in November 2015. Today, after months of backwards and forwards and documents lost etc. we got a letter to sign to about half the amount of the two quotes that were submitted. This letter states that this is a full and final settlement. There is no way that we can fight this, seeing it will me against a full legal team. I am sure this is not the only Company doing this, but it is so unfair and there is no compensation for the year of not being able to fully use my vehicle. The sad thing is this is as far it will ever go and there will be many people after us. Being innocent in a case like this means absolutely nothing and the individual gets steamrollered by the big companies.</p>
