30 WORKING DAYS BEFORE PAYOUT - ***
After waiting more then a month for a settlement letter. I eventually get it after putting a complaint on hello peter. Now I find myself here once again .
No one at premier claims (pathetic company) or old mutual have the decency to answer my email . I would like to know why after I have had to wait already over a month for just a settlement letter is there a turn around time on the settlement payout of 30 WORKING DAYS that is 6 weeks I mean seriously this accident was caused by hestonys driver and was no fault on our side yet I have to suffer because the hire *********** drivers.
I would appreciate is someone from management could respond
