2YRS AND STILL NOTHING

Claim number: ***<br> <br> Sick of M&F - to everybody looking at insurance - do not even think of M&F...<br> <br> They do not return your calls/messages, it just gets ignored. They are quick to take your money and up your premiums when you claim (even if it was not due to our negligence) <br> <br> As you can see here - it is taking them over 2yrs to get the money back from 3rd party claim - why???<br> <br> Because they recouped it already from me through increases, so this is not a priority to them.<br> <br> I have sent numerous emails, left how many messages, my broker has done same, and I have left complaints on HelloPeter to no avail.<br> <br> So mutual and federal, do whatever you like, because getting back to me with clear answers (which I want) will probably not happen.<br> <br>
