DO NOT USE MOTORVAPS AND MVIA INSURE

Unfortunately, I had to give a star as a rating - They do not even deserve one star.

I have been with MVIA Insure - Underwritten by Mutual & Federal for 23 months - Paid upfront upon the purchase of my vehicle at the dealership. It is my first and only claim. My policy ends at the end of November. They have declined my claim and explained that the part required for my vehicle is a service and maintenance component. But... This is not the part in question!!! The component is directly linked to my engine - my vehicle is undrivable. When you call Customer Service and spend over an hour on the phone - They ask you to contact Resolutions via email. When you finally speak to someone from Resolutions, they tell you to communicate with the Complaints Department via email. The Complaints Department has not gotten back to me since Wednesday 30 Oct.

The service is pathetic!!! I am taking this further!!! DO NOT USE MVIA INSURE!!!! YOU WILL BE GUARANTEED ENDLESS HEADACHES!!!
