Ridiculous ****mers, No communication and they will deduct your money

Worst worst worst company ever, don’t even buy into their story because they’re the biggest ****mers!!!!!! I was called by them and they told me they’ll help me with reducing my payments to all my creditors, then allocated me to a lady that I can ask questions. They had all my personal information so I assumed it’s a legit company trying to assist me, after signing on the first day , the lady called me and I asked her if I am under debt review she later explained with less information I kept probing but she sounded annoyed. Then she sent me a WhatsApp with the document I requested. According to them my creditors will not be contacting me they’ll take care of the fees. They deducted the first consolidated amount. My creditors are now telling I have outstanding amounts, with additional fees. My discovery bank transaction card has stopped working I can’t use it. Their number is not going through I’ve sent WhatsApp messages they’re not responding just reading them. I don’t understand where they get all our personal information to **** us I am so disappointed and frustrated by the way they handle things. I
