Poor experience

I received a call from people claiming to represent this organization stating that the NCR notified them that I am being overcharged on loans/account interests. The call was passed to a supervisor who led the conversation towards key words. When asked how National Credit Regulator provided them this information without my consent, the replay was unclear. Next thing I received a sms that I gave consent to request my credit report, from the NCR, for an affordability check. Tried to call back the number, goes to unavailable. No consent given
