Worst services

I have been using Mustek as our preferred supplier for more than 5 years now. In the last month the service in all the departments is absolutely horrifying. First an inverter is purchased less than a week installed it stops working, after sending it back it is a constant calling, sending e-mails and holding just to wait a week for the main board to be replaced. Pick it up and install again. This time a maximum of two days and here we go again another week and still no feedback.

Not even to mention the order process payments made and orders sent on the 25th only to find out that sorry your order has been placed now all your stock is on back order.

I will no longer be referring, suggesting or using any of the Mustek services provide.
