Worst Service Department. Mustek

This is a company that i will not send my worst enemy to for service!!! I sent in my laptop for a repair quote in the middle of January 2023. It took almost two weeks to get a quote out of them after numerous phone calls, with half of them never answered by the service department. On the day of receiving my quote 3 February 2023, I informed the service department via e-mail that the cost is to high for the repairs, and if they can supply me with a damage report that i can submit to my insurance regarding the state of the laptop. I also requested that my laptop be returned to Nelspruit, as it is my business laptop that i have to retrieve information from before being collected by the insurance. I dealt with Kashmira Packree at the service department, almost on a daily basis, with promises of phoning me back and giving feedback. Today is 14 February 2023, and as of 13:00 today, I have not received one call from Mustek with regards to the damage report or the return of my laptop back to Nelspruit. This is the worst service that I have ever received from a company, and if this is the trend that they are setting, I do not believe that they will stay in business.
