Worst service!

Worst service ever. Do not buy any products that are serviced or repaired by this company. My Mercer inverter was purchased new and had issues after 7 months. I contacted them and was referred to Mustek. A week later I called and was informed that the booking was not even completed and that there is no further follow-up. They have an enormous backlog and cannot say when my inverter will receive attention. The service receipt issued also states: " The customer shall be obliged to collect any products within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery or book in at the Mustek Front Counter." I shall therefore collect my property within the 30-day period and purchase a new product from another brand in the meantime.
