worst customer service in history

Worst customer support i have ever encountered . After returning a printer under warranty in Aug 2020 , received it back one month later only to find its still not working . Sent it back in October 2020 only to get feedback late november that it is out of warranty and they refuse to fix it under warranty . Instead they Quote me almost R3000 (what i paid for the printer) to have it fixed for something it was sent in for just 3 months prior .

After trying to get hold of their offices , there is a voice mail stating that there is currently construction in the area and the phone is not working (cant believe a technology company without a phone line )

Tried getting hold of them via email , no reply Tried getting hold of them via Facebook , and the person on their facebook page just keeps letting me know that she has spoken to management and marked it as urgent but still no feedback no reply .

Trying to dust it under the carpet it seems

I will never again recommend printers or any electronics that has to be ordered via Mustek
