Warrant useless
Purchase a 3kva online mecer ups and 30 days later the dam thing burns out under normal use and get told Warranty is void because we used a external pack.no where did say nor did anyone ever tell me we couldn't use an external pack and if we were not to use a pack then why is the machine supp**** with external connection cable!!!!!disgusting after service unbelievable. 5000 rand to work 30 days!!!!!!

I investigated with the relevant branch who sent a fault report and images confirming that the damage to the UPS is not covered by the manufacturing warranty.
