Very very bad service from Mustek Cape Town

I send a laptop in 23 Oct 2019. After paying for them to fix the keyboard I had to wait 30 days. Ok by me. After allot of emails and phone calls they told me I will receive the laptop on 16 Dec. when I Phoned the Technician was already on leave and no laptop. So I phoned back in Jan when they got back from a nice Dec holiday, and the technician forgot to order the MAIN part that was broken the keyboard. so I had to wait another 2 weeks. At last I got my laptop back but wait the keyboard still don't work. So I send it back. The cleaned it or something got it back the day of shutdown. And now the keyboard work BUT is overheating. This is a gaming laptop I bought it from Evetech still under warrantee but no one can help me. We are in lockdown and my laptop is not working after mustek try to fix it for 6 months !!!!!! Anyone with some advice please.
