Very Disappointed

I took my Mercer Ups in for repair. I was in for a surprise. The service department was on the third floor. The building was brand new but I was expected to carry my UPS up the stairs. I injured my knee while doing so. I heard nothing from Mustek and the agreement was a quote before they started the repair. Overall a very bad experience and as I need my UPS for all the loadshedding.
