Unreliable MECER UPS software and back customer response

NEVER buy a MECER UPS, the software it just too unreliable and you get minimal feedback from the technical team. All my UPS units were supp**** with Veripower Flash software, which was eventually replaced by a Veripower html version. But most of the time it will still NOT connect to the UPS
