Think twice
The worst service ever, they eta for a battery is 6-9 weeks. There is no updates as to when your order has arrived or will be shipped. Honestly if you're buying an Asus laptop, good luck in getting decent customer service.

Kindly be advised that multinational spares (Acer, Lenovo, MSI, Asus) are ordered on request from the respective overseas vendors. We unfortunately have no control over the delivery times as we also rely on the respective vendors in terms of delivery.
