The face of Incompetence

The service is disgustingly horrible and staff is extremely nonchalant about EVERYTHING to say the least. They are extremely slow and really don't care, either about their work or the service they're supposedly providing.

Do yourself a favor and refrain from buying ANYTHING from Mustek. The service department has individuals that try however management is a problem which trickles down to the employees.

I say, if you can get it elsewhere then PLEASE save yourself the frustration and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

If incompetence was a company, Mustek would be the face.

Oh and they don't take reviews seriously because they do not care about their "customers"
