Sub par products and pathetic service

I bought an IVR-1200 MPPT inverter and 200ah lithium battery in Sept 2022 for load shedding. End of November, my inverter blew up. Phoned mustek and was told I should bring it in and they will fix it. So basically I could not work (I get paid by the hour). I had to go and buy a new inverter, so this solution from mustek now cost me R15000. Today my 200ah battery stopped holding a charge, 4 months old and not working. Mustek expects me to bring in the battery (2 hours drive), drop it off and they will test it for a couple of days and then let me know. So, I am loosing income for every hour I can't work while there's load shedding . They are pathetic, avoid them at all cost, trust me, you will save a lot of frustration if you buy from any other vendor on the market, just not them
