Service Centre Midrand

Bought an Inverter 11 months ago and suddenly it just beeped all the time turned out the batteries were shot, I read all these reviews and was horrified that I may have to go through that as well and also the time frames mentioned, but what choice did I have.. I took it in to Midrand on the 24th May waited about 15 minutes in the Q and was helped by the Austin who answered all my questions and really went out of his way to assist in all my queries, On the 07th June got the mail that i could come and collect my Inverter and again 15 minutes in and out ..
