Refusal to assist

I ordered a Huawei LTE Router from Mustek ltd Yesterday and to my great surprise the parcel has arrived today. After opening the parcel I saw that it was the a aux to usb converter and not a LTE route. I then called Mustek to assist me with returning the parcel. After a hour of being transfered and then being hanged up on I got a email address and was informed that I will not be able to get through to the huawei department. After sending the email I got a return message saying that my message was blocked by the receiver. This is by far the worst service I have had from a company that claims to be the no.1 in anything. If you value your time or money I would advise to use a different company and rather pay a few rands extra
