Refilwe and Nathasha never answered my calls for 20min of calling and being tranfared back to the switchboard.

THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS

I called Mustek Midrand to get a price on a laptop screen and i was transferred to the parts department, Only 2 people work at that department (Refilwe and Natasha) and both of them never answered my calls - I called more that 5 times and the reception lady kept tranferring me. The 5th time i called, she said Refilwe just got back from the Toilet, she should be able to answer since she is back at her desk. But NO LUCK.
