Poor service, terrible product

Follow up on job number ***, Mecer ups. As requested I would like a refund on faulty product, battery only lasts 40min and only 4 months old. Been two weeks since I’ve taken ups back to incredible connection Northgate. No communication has been delivered. Terrible after sales service. I have emailed customer service twice to try find out what’s happening and no one has got back to me.
