Poor service

Their service is pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. 3 calls made. Holding on for 10min each. No one calls back after message left with reception. In this economic climate all you have to keep your buisiness afloat is service.

It's been 2 days since they responded on this review and nobody has contacted me after the 4th promise. Proving my point. Their service is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!
