Ordered online paid but not shipped after 1 month
I placed order online on 24th March and made payment via PayGate that sent me confirmation.
When shipping order notification did not appear after 2 weeks then I started to contact Mustek.
Could not get through to marketing that runs online shop. Eventually after many tries I made contact with employee there.
2 weeks later they still claim that they did not receive payment for that order.
I can't explain such a bad service and any action from them to resolve and ship my order.

Order was placed on 24th March and PayGate confirmed that you received payment on 25th March but order so far has NOT shipped. Last week person from Mustek apologized but matter has NOT been resolved yet.
