Not a happy customer

I bought a monitor on Bidorbuy and the supplier was Mustek computers and when I received it it wasn't working I returned it and I requested a refund was told that I will not get a refund because I broke it but before that they wanted to fix the monitor and return it to me when I refused that's when they said I broke it so I'm not getting a refund and they changed again saying they will return it as is not fixed and no money back... Hellopeter please help how do I get my money back from this company
