No reply. So how will you honour warranty claims
We have mustek mecer batteries and we have no idea if we will get good after sales support because mustek doesn't even reply to queries sent to their support mailbox. So what will happen if we ever need to claim from our battery warranty. We have 4 200ah batteries and when we ask for assistance in setting them up they simply don't reply. We submitted online on your support website.
