Never use Huawei store ever!

I purchased a faulty power bank and sent 4 emails to Thapelo who never got back to me. Initially, they sent me 2 instead of 1 and I contacted them to let them know - they were very fast to get the extra one returned but ever since, they ignore and never respond.

My frustrations with these guys boiled over when they had a sale and I added an item to my cart. On my last step of ordering, their website crashed. As a result, the product that was secured in my cart was lost.i forwarded them screenshots motivating that I was indeed amongst the first 5 to order, but they refuse to honour the price, even though it's their fault. Sebalo failed to understand my situation and did little to resolve this issue
