Mustek's completely ridiculous attitude towards customer service and disregard for its clients!!!

I am utterly disappointed and just outright disgusted with the complete lack of any customer service from Mustek. I purchased an ASUS laptop through one of Mustek's distributors on 01 April 2017. The first unit I received did not even boot up and we returned it to the retailer. The second unit I received was already set-up and was initially working fine. However, later that year (end of October/ start of November) this SECOND unit started malfunctioning. I could only find time in the first week of December to take the unit in to the service center due to work obligations and asked for the unit to be credited so that I can purchase another, more reliable model.

However, because their "T's and C's" stated that they will credit an unit within 6 months, they outright refused to credit me. This is because I brought the unit in 7/8 months instead of 6 months from the ORIGINAL purchase, keeping in mind that this is already the SECOND unit since that original purchase (again, the first unit DID NOT EVEN BOOT UP). The complete disregard for their product, the quality of their products and attitude of "after 6 months, we don't care anymore" is absolutely ridiculous. I will never buy from Mustek or any of their dealers again, nor will I recommend them to any of my contacts, clients or friends.
