Mustek SA - DO NOT buy inverters - useless

I purchased a Mecer Inverter 2.4 KVA / 1440 W – With Housing And Wheels – BBONE-024S+- with 2x100Ah Batteries. Plugged in the unit and 2 days later the machine starts making a beeping sound and refuses to do anything. Upon contacting Mustek SA, they asked me to send it in with my own courier. I did so. They then asked me to pick up the unit as it was fixed. Upon picking up AT MY EXPENSE once again. I got in an electrician to re-install and pay the R4000 AGAIN for installation once again, only to realize that the machine is still faulty and the batteries refuse to charge OR it doesn't work. Please refrain from purchasing Mustek inverters as you will suffer within the 1st week of purchase and incur unnecessary costs. They are not willing to credit me or refund me even though the item was faulty within 2 days which still falls within the 7 day return grace period.
