Mustek no customer service guaranteed.

I recently purchased an inverter from a dealer of Mustek. Unfortunately Mustek is responsible for the warranty of the Inverter. The Inverter stopped working and I took it to Mustek to have it repaired or replaced. I have received shocking support from Mustek, I have been shunted from pillar to post, I have been **** to and worst of all I still have not had my Inverter repaired or replaced. I would caution anyone wanting to purchase a Mecer product or any other product where the warranty is backed by Mustek, because based on my experience their service is shocking.
