Mustek is useless

Where to begin with this useless place.

I have a mecer z140c laptop which i needed help with 2 things.

1)Formating 2)Parts required

The formating i finally soved by myself. When i did contact mustek help desk the Technician was completely useless. I am also in the I.T field and explained everything i done so far to try format. The guy you could literally hear him reading a script and repeating every step i just told him i did. Then the cake started getting rude to me because he dont know how to troubleshoot n cut my call. Wonder how he got the job.

Second problem, i need a motherboard for the other mecer z140c I got. Contact mustek n they say i should purchase through mitabyte from them because they dont sell to the public. Ok cool, mitabyte replies they contacted mustek n they dont have parts. ***, y didn't the agent say so in the 1st place. This is y people dont support local. Useless technicians that are rude n dont have parts for you guys own laptops.
