Mustek Disgusting Service

I am very Disappointed in how this organisation is running day bye day.. I have been calling this company since from 13:40 and when the sales person finally answers she was so unprofessional and she just redirected my call without informing about anything.. she was very rood. I have been holding over 20 minutes....lack of service and customer care.. Trash the Lady is Bianca or Merian something between the line..I am very Disappointed and Disgusted at this level of no Respect for customers. Aaaw
