Mustek disgusting customer service.

Disgusting service. Bought a solar converter it came with no instructions for wiring. I called the customer technical helpline. Was put on hold for 15 minutes nobody came back to me. Called again and the same thing happened. The third time I lost it and told the guy his future. Nobody could or would help. Finally I wrote to the CEO David Kan. They sent instructions that did not help as the one page that I wanted was missing!! They eventually sent this. Worst customer service possible in any retail industry. Furthermore I am still waiting for an apology from Kan for their terrible service. Not a word so far and I won't hold my breath. They just could not give a damn. Caveat Emptor.
