Mustek despises their customers.

<p>I bought a Mecer tablet that was faulty out-of-the-box. I took it to the service centre and they returned it broken. The case was warped and the corners damaged. It was also still faulty. I took it back and they broke it even more, and still same fault. I have tried to get something done about this and they just ignore me. They made some vague promises about "looking into it" but nothing happened and they are now just flat-out ignoring me. This just shows the utter contempt they have for their customers.</p> <p>Be warned, do not buy anything from Mustek! Stay far away from Mecer products! </p>
