Mustek customer support

I recently bought a Mecer UPS as backup for my pc when load shedding hits. I had a technical question regarding the UPS and phoned Mustek to see if they could help me. The first person I spoke to, put the phone down on me, after I said I need to speak to someone who knows pc,s and the UPS in question. I suppose I offended him. I phoned again and this time the phone was just put down without me even saying hello. I phoned again and the 'expert' I was put through to, did not have a clue and when I queried what he said, I was put on hold. I put the phone down after about 2 minutes. Still no answer to my technical question. Disgusting customer support.
