Mustek Cape Town terrible service

I called Mustek to ask if i could exchange a unit that i had won and was told no i cannot. The unit is not even opened and all i wanted was to get a bigger unit, which would mean more sales and possibly excellent customer service from Mustek, however I was wrong. The person just told me no it cannot be done. How can i give them a good report when they were possibly the worst company i came across. Really i have had other companies that welcomed the option of a swap out to something better or different. Unfortunately, Mustek Cape gets a NO. NO from me. Right now, will not do any business with them in the future.
