Mercer UPS battery life and general inferior UPS products

Once again another UPS battery complaint, it's as if they purposefully make inferior so that you must pay them for replacement.

I'm sitting here listening to their M3000V version make clicking sounds every 5 seconds and I've done a battery replacement in November last year and now both of my UPS is acting up.

Time to use another brand, this people's products are just pathetic!
