Mecer Notebook not delivered on time

I brought a mecer note book on line, on the 27th November 2017, paid for it. According to Mustek services it was supposed to be delivered within two weeks. I have called, send emails. At some point I was told my order is not processed and the next minute I have to speak to marketing. I have send them everything they needed including the proof of payment. But there's no progress. Today it's the 5th January 2018 and I'm still waiting.
