Mecer - No right to replace.

Bought an Acer Laptop. Within 2 months it died. Sent it in for them to check. Instead of replacing the laptop they are making me wait a month for them to repair it. I expected it to be right to repair but they are refusing to speak with me why they cant replace it and only repair. As a person who need a laptop to do work this is frustrating as i have already been waiting close on 4 weeks for them to resolve this issue. As per them i need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks for them to get parts.
