Mecer 10 inch Tablet - Unreliable device

In December 2017, I purchased an A1013R 10 inch tablet from Matrix Computer Warehouse in Northgate.

On paper, this looked like an awesome product. When I started loading apps, it was sluggish and kept on coming up with SYSTEM UI failure. It was sent in via matrix for repairs. A week and a half later, it was returned.

Though not as sluggish, the system refused to boot up after 3 days. It was again sent in via Matrix and 15 days later returned. According to Matrix, the motherboard was replaced.

This time the unit performed as I'd expect it to. To my horror, it refused to boot this morning.

How can you market these tablets as business tools when out of the last 8 weeks, Ive had use of it for just 8 days.

I'd like a refund please.
