Laptop damaged by Mustek

I am so disappointed with this company. My laptop was only 6 months old. It needed a new battery. I was told I needed to send it in for them to replace the battery. I have video proof of my laptop going in for repairs and when receiving my laptop back, it was completely damaged with deep scratched underneath the laptop. The cheek to tell my they did not do it when the computer store has video proof of the laptop. Absolutely horrified with the way you handle things
