Lack of proper feedback - JOB 983236

I've bought Mecer Screens for many yearS through Welcomp from Mustek, and resell them to the Mining Industry ( I think I bought over 80 screens from Mustek ), I bought a 30 inch screen 2 years back and resell it, the mine recently informed my that the LCD screen had white marks on the screen, I send it in for repairs. Few days later I received a replacement quotation, they said the screen needs to be replaced it is un-repairable, and they ask me to collect the old screen, which I did. I am happy with that. The mine want to know the exact problem was and what might have cause it. Maleratho informed me to send it back again, I refused, courier cost amount to R800.00 , I wanted a Damage report and reasons for the damage (2016-03-03). Today I received a damage report (from Wayne Keogh wich is never available) after phoning them several times today, which stated it was not economical to repair but to replace. If you car is un-repairable you surely want to know why and what might have caused it... That is what the mine want to know, if it is due to power failures they can claim it from their insurance. Mustek give me feedback otherwise you will loose Channel Mteto as a client
