item missing from delivery, they claim they packed, not my problem.

they dont deliver one item, and almost a month of communication, they just not interested, so have lost my money with them, and they conveniently ignore and have robotic answers, so be carefully. They used their courier company, and dont even bother saying they will check with them if any anomaly happened, it was a small item, so likely someone from their warehouse took it.
