Huaweistore.co.za seems to not be a trustworthy site to purchase from

I used HuaweiStore.co.za to make a purchase on 29 November 2019 and to date I have not received any communication confirming my order (6 December 2019). I've emailed the online store directly and have not even had an acknowledgement of my query, never mind a valid response. I see that there is no telephone number that I can contact them on and based on other feedback on HelloPeter, I'm concerned that this is not the place that one should trust to purchase Huawei products online. All I need to know is what the status is of my purchase and when I can expect delivery. I've been advised to log a case with the SAPS and hand it over to the banks directly to get the payment reversed. Apparently the banks will further investigate the account being paid into.
