Horrible pathetic service

I have account with Mustek for 13 years. When I had a bit of decline of turnover instead of helping me, they removed my accounts manager and put me together with all small businesses that buy 2-3 times a year (I buy few times a week). If I want to call them I get lucky if i dial 3 times and hold 10 min each time until I get hold of anybody. I bought before Xmas UPS for a customer and it said on the price list it comes with a cable but it turns out they did not supply the power cable which was not ordinary kettle type. I emailed the PM Michael Yang. Not only he refused to send to my customer power cable at their expense and asked me to pay the cable, but he did not reply at all to my question what cable he is including with the UPS and why he did not specify that power cable is not included. I wrote back asking again to answer me the question and for 3 days I had not received a reply neither from him or the other management I addressed in this email. They are completely NOT interested in their customers. My complain is NOT directed to the immediate person I deal with but to the whole of Mustek Management. This has been going on for years.
