I received batteries that were sent for recycling before they were sold to me as new. I traced them back finding out they were originally sold by MUSTEK, and down the supply chain someone then resold these batteries. Speaking to a friendly lady by the name of Christina, she promised to send me a report indicating such.

The report has not been forthcoming, and my supplier will not reimburse me until I can furbish him with that report.

The batteries are not the only issue, as there are electrical issues as well, and my installation may be a fire hazard. Continiously trying to get hold of Christina now for 2 days with no success, as I get bounced around between the same people.

Meanwhile, I am sitting with a potential fire hazard, not knowing if my house may catch fire while I sleep.

The best response Mustek can come up with is "Im sorry for the inconvenience". Horrible experience thusfar. It gets better when I get hold of Christina, but that is a gamble, depending if someone(i guess by chance), manages to find a number she is at.

Lets not "inconvenience" people with the risk of burning to death in your sleep, mustek.
