FIRST TECHNOLOGY/ MUSTEK DISAPPOINTED ME HERE

I recently bought a MECER 2000VA UPS from First Technology Group Customer Order #FS***3. Unfortunately the contents inside were short of a AC Input Cable. Instead what I got inside was duplicated (2 of the same) Male to Female power cables .. Nothing for me to charge the UPS from the wall socket.

I called First Technology and spoke to Aaron. Who escalated to their supplier and was told the MECER 2000VA UPS package doesnt come with any AC power cable. How on earth is it convenient for the end user? I mean, Why should I buy an incomplete package with duplicated Male to Female power cables instead of having an AC power cable. Unfortunately no one is coming up with answers on why my MECER UPS didnt come with an AC power cable... What happened to consumer satisfaction? delivering a complete product ready for use and fit for purpose? I am honestly not happy with my MECER UPS purchase. I just need to ask other consumers what they received in their packages ... Also imagine the inconvenience of not being able to have timely UPS backup after the purchased product is delivered to you ... Poor customer experience I got!
